INFJay

For over 20 years, I have acquired management and consulting experience in various industries including financial, insurance, news media, publishing, and retail. I have accumulated a wealth of professional and personal experiences that I enjoy writing about to help my readers develop and, hopefully, enhance their own perspectives on life.

My mission is to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness by developing and maximizing individual’s intra- and interpersonal skills. I accomplished this by consulting with clients in their efforts to enhance management, leadership, employee, and overall organizational performance. I’ve developed and delivered training workshops and programs on topics such as customer service, management and leadership development, time management, problem solving, and communication programs. Additionally I’ve facilitated sessions on human resources initiative programs such as harassment prevention, talent and performance management, and on-boarding.

I earned a Masters in Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

In addition to my writing, I express my thoughts by blogging. My business blog, Jay's OD & Business Perspective, is where I express my perspective on organizational development, management and business. On a personal note, my blog, It's Not Fun Getting Old, is about my experiences as a caregiver for my father with Alzheimer’s.

I appreciate feedback and yours is welcomed anytime. Thanks for reading!
